This vintage dead-stock necklace features a gold tone solid block-style heart charm which measures just under 1/2" across. Inside the heart is a tiny diamond chip surrounded by a diamond shaped cross hatched setting in silver tone metal.
The charm hangs from a 16" gold tone chain. It is signed Amway.
A very nice mid-century design.
