These earrings are comprised of vintage (dead stock) brass and heavy molded plastic scarab charms, which most likely date to the Egyptian Revival of the 1920s (found in the Art Deco style of the times), which resulted from a public fascination with the discovery of King Tut's tomb in 1922.
They hang from gold plated earwires.
Each rust colored scarab measures about 1".
